Dear Mr. and Mrs. Dilley:
The application for a Mining and Reclamation Permit for this operation was
' deemed complete on July 30, 1986. Your application has been scheduled for
consideration by the Mined Land Reclamation Board on August 27-28, 1986.
Before your applica~iort can be considered by the Board, you must complete the
following notice requirements:
o publish notice of the filing of this application and provide proof
of the notice to us;
o mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights
of affected land and immediately adjacent land and provide proof of
the mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested, to us;
and,

o place a copy of this application for public review, less
confidential items, with the County Clerk and Recorder. Any
subseqguent changes or additions you make to the applications on file
