• designated under Section 5(a) of the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act, or National Recreation <br />Areas designated by Act of Congress. <br />The Roaring Fork Valley is used by visiting fishermen and rafters each year. The <br />conveyor that crossed the Roaring Fork River was removed during 1986 and 1987. The <br />rail and coal loadout structures that may of had a visual impact on the public from State <br />Highway 82 were removed at the same time. The main portion of the loadout was located <br />north and east of the Roaring Fork River. This area was where the trains were actually <br />loaded with coal. This land is know as the Diamond A Parcel. The Division's proposed <br />decision dated November 23, 1993 released the bond on the Diamond A Parcel. This was <br />a full and final bond release for the Diamond A Parcel which is being developed into a <br />residential community with a golf course by others.
