• is outside of any influence from the mining and the other well is located so the vertical <br />distance from the well to the mine is approximately 1500 feet. The wells are not current{y <br />in use. There being no producing wells in the area precludes damaging of any wells by <br />pumping water from the No. 1 and No. 3 mines. <br />There are not any plans at the present time to relocate any ditches at the mine site. <br />If, during the life of the operation, there is a call on the Colorado River by a senior water <br />right, the Operator will endeavor to insure no damage occurs to the senior water right by <br />taking appropriate action specified by the Division Water Engineer. Included in the actions <br />which can be taken would be to direct al{ of the water seeping from the No. 1 Mine to North <br />Thompson Creek after it flows through the water treatment ponds. <br />Surface runoff was retained in one of two sediment ponds at the minesite. Therefore, sedimentation control is no longer <br />required at the No. 1 or No. 3 Mine Sites.
