By using the paved haul
road, we have gained better access to our farmland and eliminated
the need to build other roads on. such land. Additionally, we have
been able to use a portion of the paved road as a stack lot,
thereby reducing the need to stack hay in our fields. Our ability
to use the paved haul road has thus allowed us to farm more land
more efficiently than would otherwise be the case.
~n uaivrt, the paved haul r^ad l.S an integral Dart Of Ollr
ranching operations and disturbs far less farmland than the
alternatives. We therefore renew our request that this road be
left in place in its present condition.
Very truly yours,
~'"' J ~ `~~'~..
Dougl L.
