M-86-104, MONTGOMERY PIT <br />ADEQUACY ITEMS <br />The following items must be address by the applicant in order to satisfy the <br />applicable requirements of C.R.S. 34-32-101 et she and the Mineral Rules and <br />Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board: <br />Exhibit C-Affected Land ~ ~~-,~q~ <br />1. It is the staff's position that owners of all strut res within 200_ feet <br />~0 of the permit boundaries should be notified in accordance with <br />34-32-112(10)(c). These structures include all roads, power and <br />communication lines and ditches. Please respond accordingly. <br />2. Because the Division of Wildlife recommends that cottonwood trees should <br />Sucess ~ be replaced on a one for one basis, please locate and number all existing <br />~cy~pl„i~9 trees that will be removed and replaced. <br />sG°"'~(" ~. Please be more specific as to "daylight out" the ephemeral drainage.
