The following items must be address by the applicant in order to satisfy the
applicable requirements of C.R.S. 34-32-101 et she and the Mineral Rules and
Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board:
Exhibit C-Affected Land ~ ~~-,~q~
1. It is the staff's position that owners of all strut res within 200_ feet
~0 of the permit boundaries should be notified in accordance with
34-32-112(10)(c). These structures include all roads, power and
communication lines and ditches. Please respond accordingly.
2. Because the Division of Wildlife recommends that cottonwood trees should
Sucess ~ be replaced on a one for one basis, please locate and number all existing
~cy~pl„i~9 trees that will be removed and replaced.

habitats be replaced on an acre for acre basis, please outline these areas
