The Division cannot approve the <br />application until the comments listed below have been adequately addressed. Please respond to <br />these comments as soon as possible, or at least by June 26, 2000, so the decision date set for <br />July 7, 2000 can be met. If you cannot adequately respond by June 26, 2000, please submit a <br />written request for an extension of the decision due date. Please be aware, if your adequacy <br />review response, or a written request for extension of the decision due date is not received, by <br />the Division, by June 26, 2000, this application may be denied. <br />ADEQUACY REVIEW COMMENTS <br />EXHIBIT C -Pre-mining and Mining Plan Maps <br />Several permanent man-made structures, located within 200 feet of the proposed permit <br />boundary, are not included on the Exhibit C Maps. Also, some of the structures shown on <br />these maps do not have the owner indicated as required. Please include all structures, located <br />on or within 200 feet of the proposed permit boundary, on the permit maps. Include the name <br />of their respective owners, and ensure they are adequately addressed in Exhibit S. The <br />description of a permanent man-made structure is defined in Rule 1.1 (481. <br />2. If, in the course of identifying all permanent man-made structures on or within 200 feet of the <br />proposed permit boundary, and identifying all adjacent landowners, any new owners are <br />identified that have not been sent the public notice of this application as required by rule <br />1.6.2, please send the required notice to these owners and provide this proof of notice. The <br />Division will allow these owners twenty days, from the date they receive the notice, to <br />provide comment on this application. <br />3. Please provide better delineation of the location of the various vegetative types on site. <br />4.
