The concerns are as follows: <br />1. Damage to Facility: <br />Gravel and other materials should not be removed <br />from around the transmission line structures. <br />It is important that damage does not occur that <br />will hinder the continued operation and maint- <br />enance of the transmission line. <br />Colorado-Ute requests that before any mining opera- <br />tions for gravel within the transmission line easement <br />is begun, that we be in agreement with the activity <br />and that authorization for the activity be granted by <br />Colorado-Ute when performed within the transmission <br />line right-of-way. <br />2. Safety: <br />Under Colorado State Law it reads in part: "pro- <br />vided by Section 9-2.5-103 a person or business <br />entity shall not, individually or through an agent <br />or employee, perform or require any person to per- <br />
