Unhappily, passage of time without any <br /> significant productive activity by the Steens, Mi Vida and Gold Hill <br /> Ventures suggest the conclusion, likelihood of delivery of Gold Hill ore <br /> to the Mill for processing is remote. <br /> It is important to recognize that all of the permitting processes <br /> were pursued for and on behalf of Mi Vida (Steens) by Mark Steen. <br />' The first permit was issued on August 1, 1985, Permit No. 85-0768, <br /> to the owner denominated as Gold Hill Ventures Limited Partnership. <br /> (Note, this limited partnership has never been formed and thus the <br />' true permit applicant must be Mi Vida which, being unformed, <br /> remains in the Steens.) <br />' This permit Identifies the purpose as new construction <br /> describing a building area of 8,400 feet, Type II-N. <br />' The only restrictions cited in Permit No. 85-0768 are as follows: <br /> "No new access points onto County Roads 52 and 89 are <br />' allowed without review and approval by County Public Works <br /> Dept. Applicants may use Colorado Registered P.E. as Special <br /> Inspector if desired. County inspectors will be made available <br />' if requested." <br /> This permit issued from a building permit application dated July <br /> 22, 1985 in which building to be constructed is described as having <br /> dimensions of 70' by 120' and being of metal steel frame. The water <br /> supply is described as coming from the Left Hand Ditch Water Co., <br />' which application was accompanied by various drawings attached. <br /> On October 28, 1985, Gold Hill Ventures, as distinguished from <br />' Gold Hill Ventures Limited Partnership, made application for a <br />remodel at the address 9523 Sunshine Canyon, describing the <br /> structure to be remodeled as "Other". Note the mill address for Gold <br />' Hill Mill is 9145 Sunshine Canyon Road. <br /> On the foregoing application, November 12, 1985, Permit No. <br /> 85-1213 was issued. This designates the permit as remodel of other <br />' which is defined as "milling accessory". <br />1 <br /> <br />1 <br />
