Negotiations <br />continue with TUBEXPRESS for either the prototype or potential construction <br />at a later tune. TUBEXPRESS is currently workiny with consultants and <br />fabricators in constructing a full-scale test facility. The actual results <br />are unknown at this time, <br />7 <br />
