The staff agrees with the Soil Conservation Service's suggestion <br />that 40 pounds per acre of phosphorus be applied during the reseeding <br />operation and recommend that this become part of the reclamation plan. <br />The staff also recommends that the area be shallow disced (top 2 - 3 <br />inches) prior to seeding. This should provide more fines and a much <br />better seed bed. The seed should be raked in z" - '~" deep. <br />Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs <br />1.
