No <br />surface activities will be allowed within'h mile radius of active nest sitar between the dotes of Pebnlary I and <br />August 1 S unless authorized by the rS on a site specific basis. <br />(13) In order to preclude any potential disturbance to nesting purple marlins in areas where exploration <br />activities would affect mature aspen stands, nest site surveys would be pcKformed prior to construction to identify <br />purple martin nesting activity. IC active nest sites are located, then occurs road development plans and or drill hole <br />locations will be modifcd so that nest sitar are nut adversely affected or development timing be cunsUained to <br />preclude impacts during the brceding season (May 1-July 3l ). <br />(14) Licensee will behold responsible far all damage to tbnces, cattle gutuds, resource improvements„ <br />roads, and other structures un NPS lands which resat[ from their operauons. !'he FS must ba notified of damages av <br />soon as possible. <br />(IS) Fueling and lubricating vehicles wilt be prohibited wiLftitt 100 feet of sueams, irrigation ditches and <br />wcdands.
