Name of Structure: Black Hawk North Clear Creek Well. <br />13.d.(1) Legal Description of Point of Diversion: Located at a point in the <br />SW'/e ofthe SW'/a, Section 6, Township 3 South, Range 72 West of the 6`h P.M. at a point located <br />approximately 1100 feet from the South section line and 500 feet from the West section line of said <br />Section 6, in Gilpin County. <br />13.d.(2) Source of Water: Groundwater tributary to North Clear Creek, a <br />tributary of Clear Creek. <br />13.d.(3) Date of Appropriation: April 1, 1996. <br />13.d.(4) Use of Water: All municipal purposes, including domestic, <br />irrigation, industrial, commercial, fire protection, stockwatering, recreation, piscatorial, storage and <br />all other municipal purposes. The water will also be used for exchange, for replacement, and for <br />augmentation purposes.
