(I•!SC's) pending mining <br />plan, WSC wishes a realignment of the 2 East'and 2 P,ight main entries. <br />This change will allow ':1SC to drive 5 entries on 70' entry centers by <br />• 105' crosscut centers East free our existing 2nd East entries. This <br />section will be k~o•~n as 1st East Mains. <br />This change is compatible with I~:SC's future plans and lve feel <br />that this will provide for the maximum economic recovery of coal. <br />WSC appreciates your assistance in this matter.
