Equipment <br />includes: covered conveyors, storage silo, surge bin <br />and spray bars. <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE <br />COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY <br />CONTROL ACT C.R.S. 1973 (25-7-101 et se .), TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS DOCUMENT AND THE <br />FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. Opacity of particu]ate emissions shall not exceed 20%. <br />2.
