<br />The area will be graded to blend into the surrounding area. There <br />are no known toxic materials in the on-site materials and as such <br />will not cause groundwater contamination. <br />Grading will be completed in phases as mining progresses. <br />No acid forming materials, refuse, or toxic producing materials are <br />known to exist in the area and will not be used for reclamation. <br />Any materials of this nature found during the mining operation will <br />be disposed of according to applicable laws. <br />There are no drill or auger holes associated with this mining <br />operation. <br />All slopes created by the mining operation will be no greater than <br />3H:1V. There will be no swimming beaches created by this <br />reclamation plan. <br />xat•r <br />There will be minimal effect on the prevailing hydrologic balance <br />as follows: <br />a) The operator shall comply with all applicable Colorado <br />water laws. <br />b) The operator shall comply with all applicable Federal and <br />State water quality laws and regulations. <br />c) The operator shall comply with all Federal and State <br />requirements for dredge and fill. There are no <br />anticipated requirements for this type of activity. <br />The proposed reclamation plan does not propose to create wildlife <br />habitat. There are no known endangered species in the area. All <br />activities will be planned considering the safety and protection of <br />wildlife on the property. Some species may be temporarily <br />displaced by the mining activities. They are expected to re- <br />establish with no difficulty after mining and reclamation has been <br />completed. <br />~oilina <br />Topsoil and amendments are not proposed because alluvial gravel <br />deposits are the natural ground cover. There is no known source of <br />topsoil on the property. <br />E-3 <br />
