PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. <br />PUBLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: <br />Date of commencement and date of completion should represent the dates which you <br />feel most accurately describe the life of the operation. <br />For all Regular (112) types of operations, this notice must be published once a <br />week for four (4) consecutive weeks, starting within ten (10) days of the date <br />the application is considered to be submitted to the Division. The final date <br />for receiving comments is the 20th day after the fourth publication or the next <br />regu7.ar business day. <br />A11 notices must }~e published in a newspaper of general circulation in the <br />locality of the proposed mining operation and mailed to the landowners as set <br />forth in the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Rules and Regulations.
