week for four (4) consecutive weeks, starting within ten (10) days of the date
the application is considered to be submitted to t}re Division. The final date
for receiving comments is the 20th day after the fourth publication or the next
regular business day.
A11 notices must be published in a newspaper of general circrilation in the
locality of the proposed mining operation and mailed to the landowners as set
forth in the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Rules and Regulations. Since the
date for consideration of your application may change, DO NO1' include it in this
notice.
