Therefore, an <br />environmental impact statement is not required to further anal}~ze the <br />environmental effects of the proposed action. <br /> <br />2. Decision {summarize) <br />I have decided to issue a free use permit to Fremont County for a gravel _ <br />~ pi[ at the above location. The permit(s) will not exceed three years in <br />total length and the mine area will be reclaimed at that time. <br />3. The <br />proposed reclamation plan should result in a rehabilitated area within <br />four years. The material is needed by the county for road work in they <br />area.
