This exemption allows monthly monitorirsg in lieu of x~eekly monitoring <br />during the period from November through Februan' due to adverse weather conditions. The perntittee also asked <br />that this exemption be extended to outjalls 005, 009 and 011 on the same basis. The eremption is granted, hox~ever <br />mare specific language has been included in the permit to clarify that this exemption is onh' available where access <br />x~ould be hazardous to personnel. This is consistent with monitoring exemptions granted to other permitrees and is <br />the only basis under x~hich the Division believes x~e are justified in granting such an exemption. <br />C. Reporting <br />• 1. Discharge Monitoring Report: Seneca Coal Company must submit a Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) on a <br />auanerly basis to the Division. This report should contain the required summarization of the test results jot <br />parameters shown in Tables V/-9 through VI-11 and Part I. B.1 of the permit.
