In addition, corrective action shall be taken <br />immediately to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease. A description of the corrective action taken should be <br />included with the DMR. <br />• <br />e. Salinilv Parameters <br />In order to obtain an indication of the gttantiry of Saliniry being discharged Irom the site, the permittee shall monitor <br />the wastewater effluent at the following frequencies: <br />Outfalls Freanency Sample Type <br />002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 008, 009, Quarterly Grab <br />OIO,OII,012.013,014,0I5,016and017 <br />Self-monitoring sampling by the permittee for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified in Pan I.B.I. shall <br />be performed at the following locations: outfalls 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 008, 009, O10, Ol 1, 012, 013, O14, 015, 016 <br />and 017 - at the outfall of the sedimentation ponds prior to entering the immediate receiving waters. <br />If the permutee, using the approved analytical methods, monitors any parameter more frequently than required by this <br />permit, then the results of such monitoring shall be included in the calculation and reporting of the values required in the <br />Discharge Monitoring Report Form or other forms as required by the Division.
