PART II Page 15 Permit NO. COR-040000 A. MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS (wnt.) • Any discharge to the waters of the State from a point source other than specifically authorized by this penait is prohibited. The Division must be notified in writing on the addition of any outfalls. 2. Stxcial Notifications - Definitiore a. Spill: An uaintmtioml release of solid or liquid materiai which may cause pollution of state waters. b. Noncompliance Notification a: If, for any reason, We peratittx dose not comply wild or will be unable to comply wild any discharge limitations, standards or permit regtirements specified in this permit, We permittee shall, at a minimum, provide We Water Quality Control Division and EPA wild We following information: I) A description of We discharge and tense of noncompliance; 2) The period of aoncomplience, including exact dates and times and/or We anticipated time when the discharge will return to compliance; and 3) Steps being taken to reduce, eliminate, and prevent recurrence of We noncomplying discharge. • b. The pecmittx shall report We following instances of noocomplimce orally within twenty-four (241 hours from the time We permittce becomes aware of the noawmplieace, and shall mail to We Division a written report within five (51 davs after becoming aware of We aoacomplimce: 1) Any instance of nonwmpiiance which may endanger hea1W or We mviroamenh 2) Any spill or discharge of oil or older substance which may cause pollution of We waters of We state. c.
