• REVIEW QUESTION <br />(i)(b)(i)(d) It is not clear in Appendix D-I if the applicant has com- <br />pleted chemical and physical analyses for each stratum of the overburden, <br />interburden, and underburden. Please clarify. Also, testing that is re- <br />ported does not include all the required parameters. Those items not in- <br />cluded in the test reports are: Total Combustible Solids (for carbon- <br />airous materials), percent sulfate, and organic sulfur in inter and under- <br />burden, flouride, phosphate, total carbonate, texture, mercury, and chlor- <br />ide.
