The Division shall not require that Water levels shall be measured more <br />frequently than monthly during periods when no mining in the groundwater zone <br />and no pumping of ground water Is being performed; nor more frequently than <br />twice monthly during periods when there is active mining in the groundwater <br />zone or pumping of ground water is being performed. <br />6. The permittee shall report the water levels in the standpipe on an annual basis as <br />part of the annual report or upon request by the Division. <br />7. Other than state personnel (accompanied by representatives of the permittee), <br />no outside persons shall be allowed access to the standpipe. The standpipe will <br />be kept locked when measurements are not actually being taken. <br />t3. The need to continue measuring of water levels in the standpipe shall be <br />reviewed by the Division upon request by the permittee and discontinued for <br />good cause shown. <br />9. Failure to obtain measurements due to conditions which would create a threat to <br />employee safety and health (such as flooding, severe weather conditions, etc.) <br />shall not be considered a violation of permit conditions. <br />10. If reasonably feasible, the standpipe will be installed to bedrock, but if not <br />reasonably feasible, the standpipe will be installed to at least 20-25 feet below <br />ground level. As the reported height of the water In the Robinson Is 5 feet below <br />ground level, this will be adequate to determine any reasonably likely impact. <br />11. A two- to four-inch (or larger) diameter PVC or steel pipe with standard screening <br />and gravel packing will be Installed. <br />12. The permittee will provide a copy of the driller's log or other geologic log, to show <br />the stratigraphy, and a copy of the plezometer completion log, to the Division. <br />If this Is acceptable, please let us know so that we may proceed with planning. <br />i d OL6iCEll09'OPI/906 '1S/90~6 1002 tl 5 (NON!)
