Page 2 of Exhibit S lists "Other Structures Within 200' of btining or Within Mining Area." <br />Please revise this section of Exhibit S to include the five (5) buildings located along the wesC <br />edge of Parcel D-3 as sho~.vn on Exhibit C-1. Also, please indicate what agreements, if any, have <br />been completed between the applicant and the owner(s) of the fence(s) that will be removed <br />during mining. Will the fence(s) be reestablished during reclamation to the satisfaction of the <br />owner(s) or will the fence(s) simply be eliminated during mining? <br />28. Attached aze review comments prepared by Allen Sorenson of the Division regarding the <br />stability analysis provided by the applicant. Please address these concerns. <br />Once again, I look forward to your response on or before June 18, 1999 to allow adequate time <br />for review of your response before the June 30, 1999 decision date. Rule 1.8.1 states that <br />changes and additions to the permit application must be filed with the Division and the County <br />Clerk and Recorder.
