Since <br />the Division has determined that the natural land surface will not be <br />substantially disturbed, no bond is necessary. If grading operations <br />appear necessary, the Division should be contacted immediately to <br />establish bond. <br />The period of intended exploration vas not specified, hwever, the <br />application implied chat the program would be completed during the 1982 <br />calendar year. Upon completion Dorchester moat provide proof of <br />compliance reports as described in Aule 4.07.3(3). The method of sealing <br />drill holes vas appropriate except for one it®.
