The SCS recommended (Exhibit D) this yrass species for the soil in this area. b. Uelete Western wheatgrass from the seed mixture. According to "Characteristics of Plants Used in Western Reclamation", 197$, Western wheatgrass is only adapted to "medium to clayey textures." c. Add sand dropseed at 0.5 #pls/ac., since this species is currently on the site.
