Please be <br />reminded that all areas to be affected must be within the permit boundary. <br />Exhibit F - Oiher Permits (Rule 6.3.6) <br />24. Please provide any discharge permit information you obtain, since this operation will likely have a perennial <br />discharge. <br />25. If lands managed by BLM will be affected by activities or discharges, please provide copy of any permit or <br />agreement which allows you to affect BLM land. <br />Exhibit G - Ri¢ht to Enter (Rule 6.3.7) <br />26. This appears adequate for now, but please do not allow the agreement to expire, which it might do in 2004. At <br />this time, no further response is needed. <br />Other Items <br />27. Please provide a notarized affidavit from the publisher after the lagal notice has run. <br />28. Since the BLM is the adjoining landowner, please provide evidence of having mailed a notice to them <br />29. As previous materials from the Division have stated, all additional materials you provide to clarify or address <br />items in our adequacy review letters, must be also filed with the county clerk and recorder. Please provide receipts <br />for the additional filings of all such additional materials. <br />1 will contact you and Mr. Charles to schedule an onsite inspection, probably to occur later in August or early <br />September. I am co~dent that an inspection will help clarify some of the questions pertaining to the application <br />for this site. <br />The decision date is currently set for August 29, 2001. Please be reminded that if the questions above are not <br />adequately addressed by the close of business on the decision date, the application may be denied. If additional <br />time is needed for preparing or submitting your responses, an extension may be requested. Please make such <br />request in writing, either by mail or fax. <br />Many of the responses you provide will help us to determine a reasonable bond amount for this operation.
