Concerns raised by the Colorado Division of Wildlife in [heir letter <br />from Mr. Mark Caddy, District Wildlife Manager are now addressed in Exhibit H. <br />12. The soils ittforntation provided wi[h the application indicates a minimum of IS inches of <br />material over the gravel bed. Without documentation to the contrary, the Division will <br />assume that this much soil material exists on site and will require that a minimum of I2 <br />inches be replaced. It is reco»tmended that all available soils be replaced ott the areas to <br />be reclaimed. <br />The reclamation estimate ret7ects the placing of 12 inches of soil material on the affected <br />lands, with the exception of the access roads.
