skate Rea.
4. Within a years time, Seneca personnel will evaluate this •
data and determine whether a remediation plan will need to
be implemented to stabilize the posbninirg topography in
this area.
2.10.3(j) PRE- AND P09II+IINE SIAPE MEASOREtgNlS. See Exhibits 12-13
through 12-16.
Haul Road No. 1 Dnlaarilonent cYadina. Upon conq~letion of mining,
the large embanlanent on haul road no. 1 will be reclaimed unless
a request frcan the larrlowner to retain the haul road is provided
and the Division approves the request.
Initially a dragline is planned to be used to reclaim the
embanlanent. Zhe dragline will sit on the haul road aryl spoil
the embanl~ert material both upstream and downstream of the
fill. Ow~aring Exhibits 12-9 and 13-2 it can be seen that more
of the material must be spoiled into the upstream side of the
embarilQtpnt to fill in the depression that presently exists in
the drainage as shoran on Exhibit 13-2. Once this is aoomn-
plished, dozers will spread the material to reestablish the
drainage pattern. Zhe disturbed area will then be topsoiled and
revegetated.
For purposPS of bonding calculations, this embanlaneat will be
reclaimed by dozers in the event the dragline is not available
should the operations be suddenly terminated.

12-67 Revised 10/17/94
