Buz 317 ~~ <br />Poncho Springs, <br />`, n Colorado 81242 <br />I'+l~ <br />April 25, 1991 <br />Mined Land Reclamation Division <br />1313 Sherman St., Room 2]5 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />Attn: Dan Hernandez <br />Re: Pridemore Construction, LULa Rock Pit <br />Deer Dan, <br />As per my COnverseti0n with firuce HumpY~ries, 1 vrOUld like to clarify the <br />following points on my 110 permit application. <br />Under the general operation information, item #10, the: primary future land <br />use will depend on the owner's petioning the County Commissioners for zoning <br />change from Mining, Far the purpose of our application we will designate the <br />future land use as YJildlife Habitat. <br />In response to the Public Comment received from the Town Of Fairplay, due <br />to the location of the mining area being approximatCly 3200 feet no7'th Of the <br />proposed Fairplay Beach Project and the fact that all the mining equipment used <br />on this prroject wi17 be equiped with turbo chargers and mufflers in order to <br />minimize the noise from Lhe Operation, the possibility of any disrupting noise <br />reaching the Fairplay Beach Area is remote. In response to the concern of the <br />appearance, in consideration Of the reclamation p]an submitted On exhil)it.s p 8 E, <br />the mined area will remain in as good or better condition as it Currently is. <br />There wil] he no traffic congestion as a result ^f this mining operation. <br />I hope this addresses all of your concerns.
