The final topography has also been
indicated on these maps. We hope to have a fully completed topo of the entire
permit area for the formalized permit.
To date these has been no construction of the surface facilities or
ancillary support facilities, i.e. plants. The pit activities continue to be
in Phase I in Section 1 and 2 West. Overburden has been moved from the East Pit
to the overburden fill.
As soon as you have had the opportunity to look over this material, I would
like to meet with you and discuss the stream channel design criteria referenced
in your October 9th letter.
Meanwhile, should you have any questions, please fee free to call.
Sincerely,
DAF/dsb
PIONEER ENGIN/EE,R~I NAG CORPORATION
~(iL G/( 7 r ~_
Darry A ~erguson
Presiden
DRILLING DEVELOPivfENT OPERATIONS ENGINEERING
