DewaCering shall be conducted in the following manner; a holding pond will he excavated in the area to be mined and waste water will he pumped into the pond so waste fines wil,7. seCel.e. The pond will have an o~serflow flowing into the Cache La Pourde River. The operator has applied for ~a National Pollutant Discharge tiliminaCi.on System Permit. A11 materials dredged and excnvai~~~f will be used in the produr_tion of the mining operation, so there will be no waste products generated from the dredging operation. During the years ]977-1981, 10 'acres will be worked. During the years 1981-1984, 8 acres will be worked. During the years 1984-1987 9 acres will be worked. No excavation shall be permitted wiChin ten feeC of any boundary line. The extraction area will be fenced and enclosed as required by ldeld County. Reclamation will he three ponds, the Easterly one, ten acres, the SouCherly one, eight acres, the Westerly one, nine acres. The ponds wi.l.l have a sloped banl: no steeper than 2:1. They will fiave a depth of approximately thirty feet. The area of the banks and between ponds will be restored. Preservation shall be made of existing trees and vegatation along the Cache La Poudre River, so as to preserve Chat area for cover and wildlife use. Total affected land area is forty acres more or less.
