The <br />grasses consist of 45% alkali sacaton, 20% switchgrass, 20% western ~~rheatgrass, <br />15% saltgrass, 10% alkali bluegrass, 10% baltic rush, 10°1, sedges, 5°!, Canada <br />wildrye and 5% slender wheatgrass.` <br />~ The expected ground cover amounts to as much as 50°!, or more. <br />Critical area Planting: The slope, seedbed preparation, fertilizer, seeding <br />and mulching guide lines are similar to that described in the sandy plains <br />range site planting guide.
