There are not <br />training programs for the local personnel. You get <br />all of the liabilities and none of the benefit. <br />Again, if the trend will follow the <br />rule as to what we look at in other communities, <br />even in Colorado where mining is being done, and <br />people are left with the cleanup tab as well as the <br />dust impacts that can be hazardous from the <br /> <br />
