EXHIBIT J <br />Vegetation Information <br />Vegetation in this proposed mining area consists primarily of various pasture grasses. In <br />order to relocate the Smith and Emmons ditch, a small number of trees, as little as three but <br />not exceeding twelve, will be impacted. Lafarge will water the remaining trees from the <br />surface while mining operations are underway. The existing riparian comdor along Idaho <br />Creek will be undisturbed by the mining operation. The conveyor spanning Idaho Creek <br />will not impact the jurisdictional wetlands along Idaho Creek, the conveyor stands will be <br />located outside of the delineated wetlands. <br />The subject site is in agricultural area and the terrain is generally flat and well graded. <br />Plant productivity is fair to good with soils high in nutrients.
