{h) Approximately 100 gallons of water used each work day. Water will be hauled in <br />from off site usually by a pick up truck. <br />(i) Existing surface drill holes in proposed mine area indicate no ground water <br />present. Surface rain and snow is absorbed into ground. Mine site is located in and <br />region. Silt fences to be installed if needed for storm water run off control. <br />(j) No existing water on site, mine site is less than 5 acres minor water shed <br />disturbance. <br />(k) If refuse and acid or toxic producing materials are exposed during mining. <br />Extreme care in handling by state approved methods and disposal at a state approved <br />disposal site. A new permit is required by the state for acid or toxic producing azeas. <br />(1) Rain and snow water will be absorbed into ground. Water retention berms to <br />surround mine area with a retention pond if necessary .No water to be dischazged. <br />Reclaimed areas will be graded to blend into natural contours. Reseeded areas will meet <br />state standards on water control. <br />(m) No processing will take place on site. <br />(2) No tailing ponds. <br />(a) No plant facilities. <br />Mine facilities will include cargo van for oil and mine equipment storage. <br />Mobile office and bath room facilities. Fuel site with fuel stored in tanks with in <br />stock tanks or similar devices. All facilities to be in mine permit area. <br />(b) No tailing. <br />(c) Drainage to be controlled by silt fences. <br />( d) No water to monitor. <br />
