Normal mining operations will have minor impact on surface area other than <br />waste disposal site <br />(a) Estimated start date July or August 2005. <br />Estimated completion July 2015 <br />(b) Surface soil will be removed from mine portal, ore deposit site and waste disposal <br />site. <br />Surface soils is approximately 1 inches to 6 inches in depth at these sites. <br />Surface soil will be stock piled at soil deposit site. See Exhibit; E <br />We will remove surface soil from waste disposal azea as needed for growth of <br />waste. <br />Surface soil will be reapplied at reclamation. Surface soil deposit will be seeded as <br />needed to prevent erosion <br />(c) Waste rock will be removed and stored at waste rock disposal site. See Exhibit; E <br />Amount of waste rock depends on thickness of ore deposits. <br />(d) Ore deposit thickness varies from 6 inches to 10 feet running in channels of <br />varying widths. <br />(e) County road is adjacent to mine permit azea. See Exhibit; E <br />Mine portal is approximately 10 feet by 10 feet. See Exhibit; E <br />Ventilation shafts & vent holes approximately 4 foot in diameter. See Exhibit; E <br />All office and other out buildings will be small mobile units located on waste <br />disposal area. <br />(f) Mine portal site 10 feet by 10 feet. <br />Ore deposit site 25 feet by 50 feet <br />Waste disposal site will be small to start and grow each yeaz. Approximately 50 <br />feet by 100 feet yeaz one. Approximately 100 feet by 100 feet yeaz two. Approximately <br />100 feet by 150 feet yeaz 3. Approximately 150 feet by 200 feet years 410 gaining in <br />height. <br />(g) County road to permit area no new roads to be built. County road dimension <br />standard for area approximately 15 feet to 22 feet in width. See Exhibit; E <br />
