Soil testing information can be obtained from the Eagle County
Extension Service office in Eagle. In the absence of a soil test,
rate of application should not be less than 40 pounds of nitrogen
and 40 pounds of phosphate per acre.
I would also suggest that you contact Tom Gerard of the Extension
Service office to assist you in planning a weed control program for
during and after completion of the gravel operation.
