06032 Banks and Gesso, LLC <br />Exhibit J -Vegetation Information <br />The site has two dominant vegetative communities. The majority of the property is a <br />grassland and pasture, including both native grasses and agricultural forage. The <br />ridgeline, including a substantial amount of the western aspect on the site (in the <br />affected area) is a transitional pine forest. <br />In the grassland community grass species consist of blue grams, bufflograss, nordan <br />crested wheatgrass, Russian wildrye, pubescent wheatgrass, intermediate wheatgrass, <br />and green needlegrass. Forbs and shrubs on this site include fringed sage, broom <br />snakeweed, yucca, and prickly pear. In the ponderosa pine community fortis and shrubs <br />include hairy gotdaster, curlycup gumweed, rabbitbrush, sumac skunkbrush, and <br />bitterbrush. Ponderosa pine, Russian olive, hackberry, and Rocky Mountain juniper are <br />trees on the site. <br />As noted above, no wetlands are observed at the site.
