entering the staging area. All diversionary structures will be removed during <br />reclamation. <br />The primary commodity is decorative landscape material. The secondary <br />commodity is alluvial material for construction projects. Incidental materials, such <br />as overburden or reject material, will be used during reclamation to back fill slopes <br />and build up the excavation floor. <br />The surtace soil series present are Kim, Manvel, Penrose, Minnequa, Wiley <br />and riverwash. These series range from shallow to deep, well-drained soils <br />originating from alluvium, eolian and residuum from limestone, shale. These are not <br />the targeted reserves. The Dakota and Codell reserves are the limestone and <br />sandstone deposits, respectively, that will be removed and marketed as decorative <br />landscape material. Ranch Land, LLC intends to mine approximately 50 feet deep. <br />The resulting formation will be a gradual slope to the canyon bottom rather than the <br />typical excavated depression. <br />Explosives will not be used in the mining operation. <br />
