Roads shall be <br />designed to support the truck traffic and will not restrict the ability of Upland Gravel, Inc. <br />to extract the minerals available. <br />No "Area of Special Importance" (Tourist attractions, Historical Site, etc) has been <br />identified near the site which will be impacted by the extraction process. <br />The proposed site is remote and well buffered and is not visible from the Hwy. 141 <br />corridor or any residential site. Excavation limits were placed by BLM to mitigate any <br />visual impact. <br />The surrounding land uses (grazing) will not be greatly impacted. <br />The overall cost of extraction to the public (Road maintenance) and owner (distance to <br />market) should be minimal. <br />4 <br />
