Where annual inspections are impracticable, <br />certification is tequirod once every three years by a Registered Professional Fagincer that the site is in compliance <br />with the phm. These inspectoas must be documented and rnma~^n:~ in the compliance report (see Part I.D.7.c <br />of the permit). <br />7. Recordkeeoirrp and Reootrtinc <br />a. Remrdlteeping and Internal Reporting Procedures. Incidents such as spills or other discharges shall be <br />included is the records. This does not <br />relieve the permittee of the responsibility of reporting spills as required under section 25-8-GOl(2) of the Colorado <br />Water Quality Control AM. <br />b. Annual Report for Active 11Tioiog Operation. The permittce will be required to submit as annual report, <br />covering January 1 through December 31 of each year, on the compliance with the SWMP. The annual report <br />Wlll contam, at a minimnm• <br />1) A report oa the facility's overall compliance with the SWMP. <br />2) Name of permit6ee, address, phone number, and permit certification number. <br />3) A summary of each compreheavve etormwater facility inspection made, including date, findings, and action <br />taken. <br />4) Results and interprWtioa of any atormwater monitoring performed. <br />The a®usl report will be due to the Division oa or before February IS of each year. The exact due date for the <br />petmittee's first annual report will he listed in their permit certification. In no case will an amual report be due <br />before February 15, 1994, tmltas apocifically directed by the Division.
