As mining moves east across the property the
bench elevation will gradually change from 6460 to 6470 please
refer to the Reclamation Plan Map, Map Exhibit F, for the approximate
final shape of the bench. Again any available soils will be stockpiled
in perimeter areas.
When mining is complete in Stage 2 it will begin on the East end
of Stage 3 and move west leaving 2h to lv slopes along the south
fence line and removing the temporary slopes created while mining
stages 1 and 2.
There has been no runoff in the ephemeral drainage for a number
of years. BBB Excavating plans to daylight out this drainage. When
they do this they will provide for continued drainage across the
property by creating a better defined ephemeral drainage course
that will run down the 2h to lv slope and across the bench area to
the river. See biap Exhibit F for the location and final shape of
this ephemeral drainage. This drainage will remain unobstructed
during the life of the operation.
After stripping available soil, if any, front end loaders
will remove the sand and gravel and transport it to the processing
crusher. Equipment to be used for various operations may include,
but is not limited to bulldozers, dragline, scrapers, front end
loaders, haul trucks and water truck for dust suppression. The
asphalt and concrete batch plants will be permanently located on
Stage 2 until the operation is complete. The 13.00 acres t shown
as SHOP AREA on Map Exhibit D-1 is where the asphalt and concrete
batch plants, fuel storage areas and other supporting buildings
will be located.
During mining along the south, west and east property lines a
setback of 30 feet will be maintained between the property line
and the excavation line. Excavation along the south, west and
8
