Newman McAllister asked Mr. Brawn if the B.L.M, did any inspection on
the reclamation. Mr. Broom said B.L.M. does extensive inspections, B.L.M.
requires bonding also.
Gerald Overstreet made a motion to grant approval of the Conditional Use
Permit for an Open Pit t4ine. Michael McDonough seconded. Roll call vote:
Hall, YES; Overstreet, YES; Guth, YES; McDonough, YES. Ibtion carried.
THOMAS E. G4RRETT - VACATION OF LOT LINE RGQUEST, LOTS 135, 137 & 139
Thomas Garrett was not present. Rodney hanks explained that the vacation
of the lot lines is necessary to oa~ly with both Teller County Zoning Regulations
and Teller County Health Department Regulations for setbacks. Rodney Banks
e~Lained that Mr. Garrett also comes Lots 131 & 133, Tranquil Acres Subdivision,
Unit #1 and the adjoining property to the south is a 40 acre tract.
Gerald Overstreet made a motion to reornnend approval to the Board of
County Cannissioners for the vacation of the lot lines. Martin Guth seconded.
Roll call wte: Hall, YES; Overstreet, YES; Guth, YES; PACDOnough, YES.

JOHN W. VADIDERKOOI - DISCUSSION ITEM, SUBDIVISION FAIVER
John VanderKOOi discussed a possible subdivision waiver in which he will
trade 5 acres of his 78 acre tract, for a 2'~ acre tract of his adjoining neighbors
property. Mr. VanderKooi explained that the purpose of the waiver is to gain
access to his 78 acre tract fxtim Wildhorn Road.
The board held a discussion on this item.
