Mr. Broom said B.L.M. does extensive inspections, B.L.M. <br />requires bonding also. <br />Gerald Overstreet made a motion to grant approval of the Conditional Use <br />Permit for an Open Pit t4ine. G4RRETT - VACATION OF LOT LINE RGQUEST, LOTS 135, 137 & 139 <br />Thomas Garrett was not present. Rodney hanks explained that the vacation <br />of the lot lines is necessary to oa~ly with both Teller County Zoning Regulations <br />and Teller County Health Department Regulations for setbacks. Rodney Banks <br />e~Lained that Mr. Garrett also comes Lots 131 & 133, Tranquil Acres Subdivision, <br />Unit #1 and the adjoining property to the south is a 40 acre tract. <br />Gerald Overstreet made a motion to reornnend approval to the Board of <br />County Cannissioners for the vacation of the lot lines. VADIDERKOOI - DISCUSSION ITEM, SUBDIVISION FAIVER <br />John VanderKOOi discussed a possible subdivision waiver in which he will <br />trade 5 acres of his 78 acre tract, for a 2'~ acre tract of his adjoining neighbors <br />property. Mr. VanderKooi explained that the purpose of the waiver is to gain <br />access to his 78 acre tract fxtim Wildhorn Road. <br />The board held a discussion on this item. <br />No action required. <br />Meeting adjorned 8:09 P.M. <br />
