Those answering roll call were: <br />I~vid Hall <br />Gerald Overstreet, Voting Alternate <br />Martin Guth, Voting Alternate <br />Michael McDonough <br />The minutes of the September meeting were reviewed, Michael McDOmugh made <br />a motion to approve the minutes as submitted. Gerald Overstreet seconded. <br />Roll call vote: Hall, YES; Overstreet, YES; Guth, YES; Diclbnough, YES. <br />t~btion carried. <br />JEAN W. CRANE -VACATION OF LOT LINE REQUEST, L(7i'S 161 & <br />Jean Crane was mt present. Rodney Banks explained that the vacation of <br />the lot line is necessary to conply with Teller County Zoning Regulations for <br />setbacks. <br />Gerald Overstreet made a motion bo recamiend approval to the Board of <br />County Commissioner for the vacation of the lot line. Martin Guth seconded. <br />Roll call vote: Hall, YES; Overstreet, YES; Guth, YES; McDonough, YES. <br />Dbtion carried. <br />JANE A. Mr. Brawn said the rock will be hauled to <br />Canon City for crushing. David Hall asked how long will this mine be in <br />operation. Dir. Brawn said 20 years. Gerald Overstreet asked who owned the <br />property. Dlr. Brown said this is B.L.M. ]and. <br />
