Taxonomic Class: Fine-loamy, mixed (calcareous) typic Cryaquolls.
Al 0-6" -- Very dark gray (lOYR 3/1, moist) loam; weak fine blocky structure;
very friable, nonsticky, plastic; many fine, common, medium and few coarse
roots; slightly effervescent; neutral, pH 7.2; clear smooth boundary.
A2 6-12" -- Very dark gray (lOYR 3/1, moist) loam; fw fine distinct dark
brown (7.5YR 4/4) mottles; moderate medium blocky structure; very friable,
nonsticky, plastic; common fine and medium roots and few coarse roots;
slightly effervescent; neutral, pH 7.2; clear smooth boundary.
Cgl 12-20" -- Gray (5Y 5/1, moist) loam; massive; friable, slightly sticky,
very plastic; few fine roots; slightly effervescent; mildly alkaline, pH 7.4;
clear smooth boundary.
Cg2 20-42" -- Gray (5Y 5/1, moist) heavy sandy loam; common coarse prominent
red (2.SYR 4/6) mottles; massive; friable, slightly sticky, slightly plastic;
