Commissioner Ritschard moved that a permit be approved provided conditions and stipulations can be put into the permit to guarantee any problems that may arise with water control and irrigation will be worked out. Horn. Paul Grant, Dept. of Developmen~, presented the applica*_i.~n and reviewed the Planning Dept. Certificate of Recommendation with 6 conditions and an additional condition #7 for dust control according to the road Su~ervisors requirements. Chairman Needham asked for public comment. Cody Docheff identified his interest in obtaining gravel for his concrete business, so stated his approval. Mr. born explained his 'location and a discussion of ingress-egress followed. It was determined that all truck traffic would be routed to highway 34 instead of into the Town of Granby.
