If you note the relative size of the two ar as, it would <br />first appear as though a discordance in the acreage has ccurred (the <br />Gunnison County application was for 5 acres). The underlying gr and surface <br />would first be compacted to retard infiltration in the vent of a <br />spill (although unlikely), and the area surrounding the tanks would <br />be bermed with earthen embankment to isolate any possible mishaps. <br />
