<br />EXHIBIT F <br />OTHER PERMITS REQUIRED <br />This Site lies with Conejos County. A conditional use permit is required by Conejos <br />County for an extractive industry and has been obtained as shown by the attached <br />Conejos County Resolution Number C-O1-1Q dated the 13'~ day of April, 2001. <br />Additionally, since the property is owned by the State of Colorado, a permit to mine <br />issued by the State Board of Land Commissioners is required and has been obtained as <br />shown by the attached Permit No. GP 3395. <br />Since on site processing is anticipated, an amended conditional use permit will be <br />required by Conejos County and an additional permit from the State of Colorado, Air <br />Pollution Control Division may be required with regazd to fugitive dust. <br />
