.•
Mr. Frank M. Graham
Pfarch 19, 1982
Page -2-
then be the amount of bond that I would plan to recommend to the Board during
next week's meeting. This would be for 30 acres of major disturbance, 30
acres of moderate disturbance, and 7 acres of minor disturbance.
I should also verify, as per our phone conversation, that there will indeed
be only two haul road crossing points. One will be the crossing point for
both roads near the northern boundary of the permit area, and the other
will be at the "Y" juncture of the two utilities rights of way at the "four
corners juncture" of stages one through four. The eastern haul road should
not extend as far to the southeast in a straight line as it shows on the new
map, thus crossing the eastern utilities right of way within stage II.
Please call me if I have misinterpreted any part of your letter and map. I
will plan to call the other parties involved to be sure that they also feel
that their concerns have been adequately addressed before next week's Board
meeting. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Mark S. Loye
Reclamation Specialist
cc: Mr. J. D.
